Our story begins with my aunt, a warm-hearted woman who grew up in a small city in northern China, a region renowned for its rich noodle culture. From an early age, my aunt spent her afternoons in the family noodle shop, mastering the art of noodle-making and learning to create dishes that not only satisfy hunger but also warm the soul. With over 20 years of experience, she brings this heritage to every dish she prepares.
